Two capsules provide 100 mg declared gingerols from a 10% standardised extract, for 70% less per use than a £2 single shot.

Shelf life: erha 2 years, supplied by the founder. Plenish guarantees at least 26 days remaining on delivery; MOJU guarantees at least 2 weeks for 60 ml shots.
